My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the location is quite convenient, being near restaurants and Union Station, it could definitely use a spruce-up. The service was friendly and accommodating, particularly the valet who went out of their way to assist us. However, the strong cigarette smell in the rooms was really off-putting.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and most of the staff was friendly. However, the space in the room was a bit tight for six people. The WiFi was excellent, which was a nice perk.
